Warranty Policy

Maliton provide 1 year warranty for all products purchased from our company or our authorized dealers. After receiving the product as long as it has any quality problem occurred under normal use (not human-caused damages or accidents), please contact us and let us know what we can do to help you.
The starting date of the warranty shall be the arrival date of the order. If the last day of warranty validity is a statutory holiday, the next day of the holiday shall be the last day of warranty validity.
Notes you should know before applying for a warranty:
  • Buyers must provide proof of purchase, including the order number or receipt from Maliton’s own company or its authorized dealers.
  • Buyers must provide proof of defective products which should include photos or videos to show the problem.
  • Maliton commits to replacing the product (Maliton shall pay the freight) or refund the buyers based on their choices if they are in line with return and exchange conditions.
  • In order to bring buyers a better product experience, Maliton will feedback all buyers’ product experience to the after-sale center.
  • Maliton will not be responsible for the situation, such as purchasing the wrong item, write wrong delivery address, disliking the product once received, etc.
Maliton or its authorized dealers has the right to refuse to provide free warranty service under the following conditions:
  • Buyers are unable to provide proof of purchase. (Including the order number or receipt)
  • Artificial damage or loss caused by the buyer’s improper operation.
  • Products are not within the warranty period. (The warranty period has exceeded 1 year from the arrival date of the order)
  • Not product quality issues. (Within 30 days after the order has been placed)
  • Package damage caused during transportation such as crashes or squeezes rather than non-product quality.
